the meaning in Burger King logo

Recently, I'm indulging in logos. What is logo? Logos are purely graphic or wordmark. Last time when I traveled to Taiwan, I saw their logos are mainly in Chinese words (wordmark). Mostly, no creative colors or shapes or cute cartoon or interesting graphic for logos, purely words. LOL. But of course there are still some marvelous logos. :)

Hype was engulfing me. LOL. *dazzled* I was wondering how are they going to make their business more protruding than the very same business? Cos they are using almost the same wordmark. Erm... *cough* I don't even able to recognize those shops' names. *chuckled*

..

..

..

Thinking that what make those well-known or big companies set up their logos with love shapes crawled over or put the red color inside instead of pink? LOL. Yea, I know. I'm a question baby. *sniggering*

Do you love to eat burger? For me, not so love or no so hate. If there is a cheese inside, there would be a totally different story. *haha* This burger would become a rainbow on my sluggish day. >.<

As usual surfing net during spare time.
*so damn boring*

... ... ...

Suddenly!!!

There is a tug dragging my sight into this picture.

Burger King logo story in VISIBER page.

Familiar to you, right? I meant Burger King. *v*

Dato David Hew, co-founder of Visiber. He is my idol! <3 LOL

He drops his opinion on this changing of Burger King logo.

The old logo does not in favour of Burger King...look at how the top and bottom buns squeeze the corporate name of BURGER KING in between? It's obvious that we shouldn't put ourselves in such awkward situation to begin with. The later logo is much better as the shape revolves to being more circular or rounded...meaning, it may at least get Burger King into a leading position for a change instead of always lacking behind market leader such as McD or new market leader Subway. Though this new design exerts more aggressiveness, it may also backfire as the BLUE line surrounding the left part of the circular logo resembles a scenario where Burger King might be gobbled up...not only it's being squeezed, but it's also a possible take-over target. Beware...

Hmm...this fruitful thought give me a fab ambiance. It made me read a few times to absorb the extract from Dato David. If you wondering why am I so addicted to Visiber knowledge, well, you will know the answer by this little passage. I can feel my desire to learn oozing out. When can I learn all these Visiber knowledge? I think perhaps they should open up a college or university for this vastness of infinite Visiber knowledge. Yea, I'm serious here.

VISIBER Mobile Phone Analysis Report

Today I semangat (Malay word for spirit) enough, going to write this post in dual languages. LOL.

Erm...If I never get to touch with Visiber, I would never realize a phone number can actually playing important role in affecting our lives. Some people always get into quarrel when chatting on phone. Why? Because a clash in fire and water elements. O? Are u kidding there? Fire and water clashing in number?! Yes, dear. It really did. For example, 012-2375820. Combination numbers for fire and water clash are 23 and 82. Number 2 is water element while number 3 and 8 are fire element. Is a big hazard for holding this number cos clash in water and fire elements will cause lots of insignificant quarrels, unpleasant matters, and hot temper. Furthermore, there is a number 0 at the behind which means everything that you put effort will be none.

the best ever Goreng Pisang

What is Goreng Pisang? Goreng Pisang is Malay word for fried banana. U can seek this snack throughout Malaysia. Yea, is everywhere along the street.

Kampung Pasir, Jalan Rasah, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. (Coordinates:   2°42'29"N   101°57'2"E) During my childhood, I used to pass by this small stall everyday when I return to home. Begging or even crying to my mom, she STILL insist not to buy this snack to me. LOL. Cos she said is not healthy for children. *despairing eyes*

NOW, I been grown up, not a small child anymore. *evil grin* Going back after have some high tea with friends, so excited when I saw this Malay uncle still open his stall at the same location after years (cos I didn't pass by here anymore when I finished my primary school.)

He selling many types of snacks, but I only fond of his Goreng Pisang. One for 40 cents, 3 for RM1. Damn cheap! Must try when one day u come to Seremban.

Closer look. <3 It is so outstanding than other Goreng Pisang. So crispy and crunchy.

suck ever eyelash extension

I like fashion as well as read blogs during my spare time. Updating myself in fashion sense is a must do. LOL *v* I always wish one day can have an eyelash extension treatment on my lashes. Intending to be a barbie doll with super long and thick lashes. *phew*

One day, when I surfing net on Groupon website. *exhilarated* I found this : eyelash extension! RM88 for one person while RM160 for 2 people. Without any hesitation, I bought it instead!

Erm...well...do u believe the original price is RM636 for 2 people? Duhh, I'm not. :P

Your Image Beauty Centre. Hiding so well at here. What la. But at least, we finally get here.

Not this machine doing eyelash extension. No idea what this machine for.

This is my first time. I never knew that glue could be so hurt. The minute she applied on my lashes, tears run out from my eye socket. I'm okie with that if the outcome is super chio and lasting. She told me not to splash water on lashes or even rub to maintain its lasting. Yea, I obeyed her instructions.

So happy with the outcome! Super thick and long! Left : before ; right : after.

HOWEVER

After 3 days, those fake lashes almost gone! WTF! I went back there again with no additional charges cos I return within 3 days. But wasting time cos need 2 hours to reach there.

Can u see that? Not many lashes left after 3 days! Suck ever.

..

..

..

After whole day suffering the pain that glue brought to me cos she applied more glue on my lashes, I feel WTF again. Why? Could u see that from the pic? The most left lash dropping!

U know what? After 1 week, every single fake lashes is gone. People used to tell me eyelash extension can last for one month or even 2 months. And this?!!

Another thing I really don't like is the girl that served me (actually that saloon just 2 people, one is the boss, another one is assistant.) She keep on promoting her Mary Kay concepts to me when she doing the treatment. I feel so annoyed! She quite rude. Why? She tend to mix up some very rude words inside her conversation. And she is impatience.

Final words from me: NEVER get to that saloon for your eyelash extension.

every penny is worth

Logo is very important to companies or even individuals. Is an emblem to represent one's identity and to give out public recognition. For example, instant noodles. When people wish to buy instant noodles, here, common conversation usually come out : " Sorry, may I ask u where to get Maggie mee? " In fact, they are looking other's brand instant noodles. Undoubtedly, Maggie mee (created by Nestle) be deeply in people's recognition.

--pic taken from Visiber--

I can assure that all of u must be very familiar to these logos, right? LOL.

The first one, Pepsi. Do u have any idea about this logo price tag? Is $1,000,000! This new Pepsi logo was designed by the Arnell Group in 2008.

The second one, British Petrol (BP) logo price tag costs $211,000,000.

The third one, zero amount for Google's logo. The original Google logo was designed in 1998 by Sergey Brin, one of the Google's founders in Gimp. Later it has been fine-tuned several times, but the original concept was kept intact.

The forth one, zero amount as well for Coca-Cola's logo.

The fifth one, the logo tag price for London 2012 Olympics is $625,000.

The sixth one, Nike. $35.

The last one, City of Melbourne. The logo's price is $625,000

The purpose in showing prices of these logos is to make a comparison. After little stories for these logos, I'm pretty sure your guys will be realize why logos could be so important. A business is for whole life, thus must be very careful in picking the most important logo and name.

Merely RM18,000 for your company if compare with those prices up there. This package mainly focus in changing a company's name. If u feel interested, want to redesign again on your logo, no worries, they provide this service as well but at a different price.

A lot of questions or worrying the name and logo? Drop here or email me.

During these couple months I'm as an employee in this private hospital.

But hey, how it relates to lucky numbers?

My locker key. LOL. Is number 57!

The most interesting place of Hospital Mawar (for me) is second floor. I meant the rest area. SO luxury and 5-star feel-like. During every lunchtime, the only place I heading to.

When I looked at this gigantic pic hanging on the wall, my heart seriously melting! *v* Is Visiber!

Another found. One Malaysia pewter frame to Dato' Dr Yeow. To tribute his charitable behavior that help lots of people and always the number one leader.

Indian style.

Malay style.

Chinese style.

Eating area. I love those tiny blink blink LED lights on the ceilings, just like the million stars. The shape is a ba gua (Feng Shui, I think) Brilliant design!

Usually people feel so inconvenience about the staying place that come from other district to accompany their family member which having treatment in this hospital. Dato' Dr Yeow was considered their needs, thus Mawar Inn created. Very cheap for one night--one room RM60 for 2 people.
